Anoche volvió a irrumpir sin avisar, arrasando a su paso sin ninguna piedad.
Revolviéndolo todo, rebuscó en cada rincón, para escupirme a la cara cada fallo y cada error.
Como una nube negra anunciando la tormenta, sentí llegar la culpa, la nostalgia y la pena.
Y ví cómo cada precioso recuerdo que guardaba, en el peor de los dolores poco a poco se tornaba.
Tras otra noche horrible empapada en lágrimas, conseguí al fin entender de qué se trataba.
Y al mirarme en el espejo descubrí a mi agresor, y empecé a comprender que tenía solución.
Tu mejor amigx eres tú mismx, pero también puedes ser tu peor enemigx.
Nadie va a librarte de los palos de la vida pero sí que está en tu mano evitar que te destruyan.

STORM
Last night it returned to break without warning, destroying in its path without mercy.
Stirring all, reached into every corner, to spit in my face every failure and every mistake.
As a black cloud announcing the storm, I felt guilt, longing and grief coming.
And I saw how every precious memory keeping, in the worst pain gradually became.
After another horrible night in tears, finally got to understand what it was.
And when I looked myself in the mirror, I found my assailant, and I began to understand that there was a solution.
Your best friend is yourself, but can also be your worst enemy.
Nobody is going to get rid of bats in life but it´s up to you to let them destroy you.
